FAQ
Questions we get before the first call.
Answers here match our legal pages. If something is unclear or your situation is unusual, ask on the fit call — an honest no is more useful to both of us than a vague yes.
The basics
What the system is, and what it is not.
No. Amreo helps you respond to inbound inquiries your business already generates.
We do not generate, purchase, resell or broker consumer leads, and we do not supply contact lists. Every conversation starts with a person who submitted your form and opted in to hear from your business.
Designed to initiate the first SMS within 60 seconds after receiving an eligible, consented form submission during messaging hours. Carrier delivery and recipient receipt are not guaranteed.
Messaging hours are 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET. Eligible inquiries that arrive overnight are queued for the next messaging window.
Acknowledgement of the inquiry, qualification questions and responses related to that inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and limited follow-up connected to the same inquiry.
No promotional campaigns, no property blasts and no unrelated marketing.
No, and we would not claim to replace every CRM. The workflow is designed to sit alongside the forms, calendars and operating tools you already use, where that is technically feasible.
Which of your systems can be connected, and how, is assessed during discovery rather than promised in advance.
No. Cold outreach, property blasts, purchased or rented or scraped lists, and unrelated promotions are outside the use case and are not supported.
Messaging consent is specific to the business the consumer opted in to, and it is never transferred to another business.
Automated messaging for that recipient stops, apart from a permitted confirmation that the opt-out was received.
Standard opt-out keywords are treated the same way. Messaging only resumes if that person later provides new, valid consent.
No. You do not need a developer.
You do need to cooperate on the practical parts: the form and its consent language, calendar availability, the access required to connect things, and time to run test inquiries before launch.
It depends on your existing form, your calendar, your CRM or workflow tools, and the approval requirements that apply to your messaging registration.
We scope timing after the discovery call rather than quoting a number we cannot stand behind.
Pricing is discussed after the fit call, once the workflow and the implementation scope are understood.
We do not publish package pricing, because the work depends on your lead sources, your consent setup, your calendar and the systems involved.
Operations, messaging and data
How it behaves day to day.
Overnight inquiries, opt-outs, wrong numbers, human handoff, data handling and what actually happens on the discovery call.
The inquiry is captured whenever it arrives — capture is not limited by the messaging window.
The outbound message is queued and sent at the start of the next messaging window. Automated outbound messages are only sent 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET.
When the workflow is told that a number is wrong, messaging to that number is stopped and suppressed.
It does not keep trying to qualify that recipient, and the situation is surfaced to your team.
Whenever your escalation rules say so. Common triggers are an explicit request to talk to a person, a question outside the scope of the inquiry, or a high-value opportunity you want handled directly.
Your agent always receives the qualification answers, appointment context and the conversation record, whether or not an escalation happens.
Amreo acts as a service provider to your business. Inquiry details, consent evidence, message content, qualification answers, scheduling details and opt-out events are processed to deliver and secure the service you asked for.
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy sets this out in full, and privacy questions can go to privacy@amreosystems.com.
Your real-estate business. The business identified at the point of opt-in is the sender and the consent holder; Amreo is the technology and service provider behind it.
That also means messaging registration is completed under your business details, not ours.
No one can promise that, and we do not. The workflow is designed around consent-based messaging practices and client-specific registration, but requirements change and your own circumstances matter.
We recommend that your consent language, disclosures and messaging policies be reviewed by qualified counsel. Carrier, registry and platform approval is never guaranteed.
Thirty minutes on your current lead sources, how your team responds today, how consent is captured on your forms, which calendar you want appointments to land in, and whether implementation is realistic on both sides.
It is a fit conversation, not a sales demo of a product you cannot see. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call.
Compatibility is confirmed during discovery. We do not claim that every CRM, portal or lead source is supported.
What matters most is whether the inquiry reaches a form your business owns and whether that form can display affirmative SMS consent.
Replying HELP returns support information. Amreo support is reachable at support@amreosystems.com and (908) 219-7917.
The identified real-estate sender may also provide its own support contact for its recipients.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Automated outbound messages are sent 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET; eligible inquiries received outside that window are queued for the next messaging window.
Full detail lives in our SMS Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
