This policy explains what information Amreo Systems collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers both our corporate website at amreosystems.com and the consent-based messaging services we operate for real-estate business clients.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
1.Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy is issued by Amreo Systems LLC, formerly known as Kryve AI LLC, operating publicly as Amreo Systems (“Amreo,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Amreo is located in New Jersey, United States.
This policy covers two different situations:
- Our corporate website. Information we handle when you visit amreosystems.com, book a call with us, email us or call us. Here, Amreo decides how and why that information is used.
- Our services for business clients. Information we process on behalf of a real-estate business that uses our messaging and workflow services. Here, Amreo acts as a service provider (a processor) following that client’s instructions. The real-estate business is responsible for its own privacy notice, its own consent collection and its own relationship with the consumer.
If you interacted with a text message about a real-estate inquiry, the business named in that message is the sender and consent holder. That business’s own privacy notice also applies to you, alongside this policy.
Amreo is not a real-estate brokerage or agent, is not a law firm, and does not generate, purchase, resell or broker consumer leads.
2.Information collected on our corporate website
The launch version of amreosystems.com has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no chat widget and no lead-capture form. We do not collect phone numbers through any Amreo form on this website, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers at launch.
We handle the following in connection with the website:
- Scheduling details you provide through Calendly. If you book a call, Calendly collects the information you enter on its booking page — typically your name, email address, any details you add, and the meeting time — and provides it to us so the meeting can take place. Calendly processes that booking under its own privacy terms.
- Email and telephone contact. If you email or call us, we hold whatever you choose to send or tell us, together with our reply, so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- Ordinary technical and security logs. Our hosting and network providers record standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamps and error information. These logs exist to deliver pages, keep the site available and protect it from abuse.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information on this website, and you should not send it to us by email.
3.Information processed when we provide services to clients
When a real-estate business engages Amreo, we process information about the consumers who submit that business’s inquiry forms and opt in to receive text messages from it. Depending on the client configuration, this can include:
- Inquiry details submitted on the client's form, such as name, email address, the property or area of interest, and any free-text notes the consumer chooses to add.
- The mobile phone number provided by the consumer for messaging.
- Consent evidence, including the timestamp of the opt-in, the source or form URL, and the version of the consent language displayed at the time.
- Message content in both directions, including the acknowledgement, qualification questions, consumer replies and appointment-related messages.
- Qualification responses, such as whether the consumer is buying or selling, target price range or budget, pre-approval status, timeline and whether they are already working with an agent.
- Scheduling details, including offered times, the booked appointment and appointment changes.
- Opt-out and help events, including STOP, other standard opt-out keywords, HELP requests and wrong-number reports.
- System, delivery and security logs generated while operating the workflow.
We process this information to deliver the service the client asked for. We do not use it to build our own marketing lists, and we do not use one client’s data to serve another client.
4.Where the information comes from
- Directly from consumers, through a form owned and displayed by the real-estate business, and through their replies to messages about that inquiry.
- From the client real-estate business, including configuration details, calendar availability, routing rules and escalation instructions.
- From scheduling and communications interactions, such as a Calendly booking with us or an email or telephone conversation.
- From the technical systems used to operate and secure the service, including hosting, messaging and logging infrastructure.
5.How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, monitor and secure the service, including the corporate website.
- To respond to the same inquiry the consumer submitted, and to ask relevant qualification questions about it.
- To offer available appointment times, book appointments, and send confirmations, reminders and limited follow-up connected to that inquiry.
- To hand the conversation and its context to the client's agent or team.
- To troubleshoot delivery, integration and workflow problems.
- To maintain records, including consent records, for operational, contractual and legal reasons.
- To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of messaging.
We do not use consumer messaging data for our own advertising, and we do not sell it.
7.How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as there is a legitimate reason to hold it. In practice that means for as long as needed to:
- Operate the service for the client and support the conversation and appointment it relates to.
- Meet our contractual obligations to the client.
- Retain proof of consent and opt-out for as long as it may reasonably be required.
- Maintain security, audit and abuse-prevention records.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, and to resolve disputes.
Retention periods for client workflows are agreed with the client and may differ between clients. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or put it beyond ordinary use.
8.Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These include access controls on a least-privilege basis, encryption in transit for the services we operate, audit logging, and limiting production access to people who need it.
No website, network or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account, message flow or record has been compromised, contact us at privacy@amreosystems.com.
9.Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to request access to it, to request correction or deletion, to request information about how it is used and disclosed, to opt out of certain sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising a right.
To make a request, email privacy@amreosystems.com. We will verify your request as far as we reasonably can before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Where Amreo processes information as a service provider for a real-estate business, that business controls the information. In that case we will forward your request to the relevant client and support them in responding, or direct you to them so you can exercise your rights with the business you actually contacted.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
10.SMS choices and opt-out
Text messages sent through Amreo’s workflows are sent on behalf of, and in the name of, the real-estate business the consumer opted in to. Consent is obtained on that business’s own form through a separate, unchecked affirmative control, and consent is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. STOP and other standard opt-out keywords end further automated messaging to that number, apart from a permitted confirmation of the opt-out.
- Reply HELP for help. You can also reach Amreo support at support@amreosystems.com or (908) 219-7917.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Automated outbound messages are sent 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET. Inquiries received outside that window are queued for the next messaging window.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Full messaging details are set out in our SMS Terms and Conditions, and our website terms are in our Terms of Service.
11.Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@amreosystems.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12.Third-party links and Calendly
Our website links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
Scheduling on our booking page is provided by Calendly. When you use the embedded scheduler or the direct Calendly link, your interaction is with Calendly and is governed by Calendly’s own terms and privacy notice, including any consent or privacy interfaces Calendly displays. We do not suppress those interfaces.
Booking a call with us does not create SMS consent of any kind, and we do not add anyone to a messaging workflow because they scheduled a meeting.
13.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, our providers or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page and post the updated policy at this same public URL. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will take reasonable steps to highlight it. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
