These terms describe the consent-based text messaging that Amreo Systems operates on behalf of real-estate business clients: who the sender is, how consent is obtained, what messages are sent, when they are sent, and how to stop them.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
1.The program and who is who
Amreo Systems LLC, formerly known as Kryve AI LLC, operating as Amreo Systems, provides messaging technology and workflow services to real-estate business clients. We do not run a consumer messaging program of our own.
Sender and consent holder
The real-estate business identified at the point of opt-in is the sender of the messages and the holder of your consent. Amreo acts as that business’s service provider, operating the workflow on its behalf and under its instructions.
That means messaging registration, the consent language on the form, and the client-specific disclosures are the responsibility of the identified real-estate business, not of Amreo.
The program handles inquiry-related messaging for consumers who have contacted a real-estate business about buying or selling. It exists to acknowledge that inquiry, ask relevant questions, help arrange an appointment, and hand the conversation to a person at that business.
2.How consent is obtained
Consent is collected on a form owned and displayed by the real-estate business, through a separate affirmative control that is unchecked by default. The consent language sits immediately next to that control and names the business that will be sending the messages.
- Entering a phone number on a form is not, by itself, consent to receive text messages.
- General acceptance of a website's privacy policy or terms of service is not SMS consent.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Consent is specific to the identified sender and to the inquiry the consumer submitted.
- Consent is not bought, sold, rented, shared or transferred to any other business, and it is never reused on behalf of a different Amreo client.
Amreo does not generate, purchase, resell or broker consumer leads, and no messaging in this program originates from a purchased, rented or scraped list.
3.What messages you can expect
If you opt in on a real-estate business’s form, you may receive messages of the following kinds, all connected to that same inquiry:
- An acknowledgement that your inquiry was received.
- Qualification questions about your inquiry, such as whether you are buying or selling, your target price range or budget, pre-approval status, timeline, and whether you are already working with an agent.
- Responses to questions you ask about that inquiry.
- Appointment scheduling, including offered times.
- Appointment confirmations, changes and reminders.
- Limited follow-up concerning that same inquiry.
4.What this program never sends
The following are outside the use case and are not supported:
- Cold outreach to anyone who has not submitted an inquiry and opted in.
- Property blasts, listing alerts to a broadcast list, or other bulk promotional campaigns.
- Messaging to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested or otherwise acquired contact lists.
- Promotions unrelated to the inquiry the consumer submitted.
- Messaging that relies on consent given to a different business, or on consent transferred from one business to another.
- Any of the message categories that carriers and industry standards prohibit, including messaging related to illegal activity.
5.Messaging hours
Automated outbound messages are sent 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET).
An inquiry submitted outside that window is queued and picked up at the start of the next messaging window. Inquiries can be received at any time; automated outbound messaging is limited to the hours above.
Designed to initiate the first SMS within 60 seconds after receiving an eligible, consented form submission during messaging hours. Carrier delivery and recipient receipt are not guaranteed.
6.Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on the conversation and appointment activity.
Because this is a two-way conversation about your own inquiry rather than a scheduled campaign, there is no fixed number of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
7.Opting out — reply STOP
Reply STOP to unsubscribe
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving further automated messages from that program. You may receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out; after that, automated messaging to your number ends.
Other standard opt-out keywords, including END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT, are treated the same way. You do not have to use exact wording — if you clearly ask us to stop, we stop.
Once you opt out, we will not resume automated messaging to your number unless you later provide new, valid consent through the business’s form. You can also contact the real-estate business or Amreo support directly to confirm an opt-out.
8.Getting help — reply HELP
Reply HELP for help
Reply HELP to any message for support information.
Amreo support contacts:
- Email: support@amreosystems.com
- Telephone: (908) 219-7917
The identified real-estate business that sent the message may also provide its own support contact, and you can always reach that business directly.
9.Wrong numbers and mistaken recipients
If you tell us that a number is not the right one — for example that you did not submit the inquiry, or that the number no longer belongs to the person who did — messaging to that number is stopped and suppressed. The workflow does not continue trying to qualify that recipient, and the matter is raised with the real-estate business. You can also reply STOP at any time.
10.Delivery and carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery is not guaranteed. Whether a message arrives, and how quickly, depends on mobile carriers, network conditions, filtering, your device and your device settings — none of which are within our control. Neither Amreo nor the real-estate business guarantees that any particular message will be delivered or received.
Messaging is available on supported carriers in the United States. Carrier support and filtering practices can change.
11.Eligibility and your phone number
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number you provide. Do not provide a number that is not yours.
If you change or give up your mobile number, tell the real-estate business, or reply STOP from that number, so messaging does not continue to a person who did not consent.
This program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly message them.
12.Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process in these workflows, why, and who it is shared with.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Providers that help deliver the service — such as hosting, telecommunications and carrier partners, scheduling and security providers — may process this information only to provide and secure the service or to comply with law. That is not permission for them to market to you.
13.These terms do not create consent or replace client disclosures
Important
These Amreo SMS Terms do not themselves create consent to receive text messages. Consent is given by a consumer, on the identified real-estate business’s own form, through a separate affirmative control.
These terms also do not replace the client-specific disclosures, terms, privacy notice, consent language or messaging registration associated with the identified real-estate sender. Those remain that business’s responsibility, and they apply to you in addition to this page.
14.No guarantee of approval or compliance
This program is designed around consent-based messaging practices and client-specific registration. Amreo does not represent that any workflow, message or client is certified, approved or guaranteed compliant by any carrier, registry, messaging platform or regulator, and approval is never guaranteed. Requirements change, and each client remains responsible for its own consent collection, disclosures and registration. We recommend that clients have their consent language and messaging practices reviewed by qualified counsel.
15.Changes and contact
We may update these SMS Terms as our services, our providers or industry requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and the current version is always published at this same public URL.
