Who it's for

Built for teams with inquiries already coming in.

Amreo is a narrow system. It works well when a real-estate business has steady inbound demand and a consent-capable form, and it works badly when either of those is missing. Both cases are worth knowing before a call.

Fit criteria

Where this works, and where it does not.

Teams and small brokerages in New Jersey are the primary audience. A high-volume solo agent with the same operating pattern is not automatically ruled out, but the operating fit still has to be there.

Amreo may be a strong fit if…

  • Good fit:

You run a New Jersey real-estate team or small brokerage with recurring inbound inquiries.

Teams and small brokerages are the primary audience. A high-volume solo agent with the same operating pattern can still be a fit.

  • Good fit:

Leads already arrive through your website, portals, ads or other client-owned forms.

Amreo works on demand you already create. We do not supply the demand.

  • Good fit:

Your forms can collect clear, affirmative SMS consent naming your business.

A separate, unchecked checkbox that identifies your business and describes the messages that follow.

  • Good fit:

Response delays or inconsistent follow-up are creating avoidable friction.

The problem you are solving is the gap between a form submission and a real conversation.

  • Good fit:

You are willing to connect the relevant form, calendar and operating process.

Implementation needs access, decisions and a named owner on your side.

  • Good fit:

You want a focused inquiry-response system rather than another broad software suite.

One workflow, done carefully, sitting alongside the tools you already run.

Amreo is probably not the right fit if…

  • Not a fit:

You expect Amreo to generate or sell you leads.

We do not generate, purchase, resell or broker consumer leads of any kind.

  • Not a fit:

You want cold texts, property blasts, purchased lists, rented lists or scraped contacts.

None of these are supported, at any volume, for any client.

  • Not a fit:

You cannot collect explicit SMS consent from the consumer for your business.

Consent belongs to the identified sender. Without it there is nothing for us to respond to.

  • Not a fit:

You have little or no recurring inbound inquiry volume.

A response system needs something to respond to. Occasional referrals rarely justify the work.

  • Not a fit:

You expect guaranteed appointments, closings or revenue.

We do not promise business results, response rates or carrier delivery.

  • Not a fit:

You want to send unrelated promotions after an inquiry.

The conversation stays tied to the inquiry the consumer actually submitted.

Minimum operating requirements

The five things that have to be true.

If any one of these is missing, implementation either stalls or produces a workflow nobody should switch on.

  1. 01

    Recurring inbound inquiries

A steady, predictable flow of people asking your business about buying or selling.

  2. 02

    A client-owned opt-in source

A form your business owns and can edit — not a third party's form, and not a list you acquired.

  3. 03

Ability to display affirmative SMS consent

A separate, unchecked control with consent language beside it, naming your business, plus publicly reachable privacy and terms pages on your own domain.

  4. 04

    Calendar and process access

A connected calendar with real availability, routing rules and escalation rules we can follow.

  5. 05

Willingness to complete registration and testing

Client-specific messaging registration under your own business details, plus time for test inquiries before anything goes live.

Amreo does not generate, purchase, resell or broker consumer leads, and consent captured for one business is never transferred to another. If your growth problem is lead volume rather than lead response, this is the wrong system for you.

The messaging rules are set out in full in our SMS Terms and Conditions.

Not sure yet?

The fit call is the fastest way to find out.

We go through your lead sources, your consent setup, your calendar and your response process. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call rather than after an invoice.

See whether Amreo fits your lead flow.

Book a focused 30-minute conversation about where your leads come from, how consent is captured, how your team responds today, which calendar appointments should land in, and what implementation would actually involve.

No contact form, no phone-number capture. Booking is handled by Calendly.
